Project Description

This prestigious project, standing with 146m high, located north of Riyadh has been awarded to El Seif to carry out the design, engineering, procurement and construction of four high-rise multi-use offices and residential buildings with heights that range between 19 and 31, on two parcels.

Parcel 3.04 comprised of two multi-use buildings with offices, residential apartments and retail outlets. The buildings are a mixed occupancy complex including (4) basement floors as car parking, offices tower block of 31 floors, apartments’ tower block of 23 floors and area police station of 2 floors.

Parcel 3.05 also comprised two multi-use buildings with offices, residential apartments and retail outlets. The parcel buildings are composed of (18) floors tower rising from a two floors podium block which rests on four underground parking levels.

Contract also included all site development and earthworks, relevant infrastructure and utilities, electrical, mechanical & plumbing works, architectural works, interior and exterior finishing, landscaping, and testing & commissioning.
