Design & Construction of Three Dedicated Car Park Buildings

Project Description

El Seif Engineering Contracting was successfully awarded a contract from the Rayadah Investment Company to design and construct three dedicated car park buildings at King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh.

The project scope consists of the design, engineering, and construction of three large dedicated car parks buildings distributed into key areas across King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh, with sky bridge links to all the adjacent buildings and the monorail access adjacent to each site.

Each of the car parks will have (4) floors of basement and 5 floors above the ground, with a landscaped garden, a kiosk and other facilities positioned on the roof.

Scope also included all included earthworks, concrete works and structural elements, electromechanical installations, plumbing, infrastructure, landscaping and testing & commissioning.
