Jewels Twin Towers

Project Description

El Seif scope included engineering, procurement, construction, and finishing of (2) typical towers each with a height of 190m each, composing 20 residential floors, ground floor, 2 basement and 2 plant floors. In addition, scope also included villas of 3 levels and villas of two levels in the towers. Contract included earthworks, utilities, electromechanical works, architectural works, interior and exterior finishing, and testing & commissioning.
