Project Description

With its distinctive icon tower rising over 300 meters over the heart of Riyadh, the new Kingdom Trade Center is now the capital’s glistening symbol for the New Millennium. It is the largest, most modern mixeduse development in the Middle East, with a stunning offering of offices, business facilities, private residences, recreation venues, world-class hotel and a glittering shopping mall.

The project has a parking space for up to 3,000 cars. Kingdom Tower benefits from state-of-the-art engineering and construction and features modern, expandable building systems including smart escalators, elevators and climate management systems and highly advanced waste disposal, telecommunications and computer facilities.

El Seif successfully completed the main contract which included earthworks, infrastructure, utilities, MEP works, architectural works, interior and exterior finishing, landscaping, testing & commissioning and operation & maintenance.
