Project Description

El Seif has successfully completed engineering, procurement, construction of 150 meters high tower consisted essentially of:

1- High-rise Luxury Tower: comprising 3 basements over the full lot area and a partial 4th basement and 26 residential floors catering for 46 apartments.

2- Garden Apartment building: it is composed of 8 floors catering for 24 apartments

3- Marina Court building: is composed of 3 basements, 11 Floors, which cater for 40 apartments.

Scope also included all site development, infrastructure, MEP, facade and all utilities related to the tower and ancillary buildings.
