SABB Headquarters Tower

Project Description

El Seif has been awarded the main contract to construct SABB Headquarters Tower in Riyadh.

The project is comprised of 30-storey building with 142 meters high in addition to (1) basement floor of parking which can accommodate (1,500 cars).

The tower will include executive offices, executive Lounge, meeting rooms, private banking and retails,
administrative offices for executives, offices for technical employees, and administration offices.

Contract included the engineering, procurement and construction of the tower with all site development and
earthworks, concrete and structural elements, electrical and mechanical installations, plumbing, architectural, interior and exterior finishing, equipment fixing and testing & commissioning.
