Project Description

El Seif Engineering Contracting carried out the engineering, procurement and construction of Sabic Plastics Application Development Center located in King Saud University Campus.

The project consisted of the main building which is a four storey building with one basement and a ground floor with all related MEP works. Works also included the construction of a chiller and transformer plant building, a generator room building, guard room building, switchgear substation, and the project main entrance.

El Seif was also in charge of all scope includes all site development and infrastructure works, earthworks, concrete works and structural elements, architectural, electrical and mechanical installations, plumbing, interior and exterior finishes, testing & commissioning.
